Job Summary

As a Chat Agent Senior Associate at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in establishing new customer relationships and serving as a trusted advisor through our chat platform. You'll identify customer needs and match them with appropriate careerzynith coverages and products, or refer them to our partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building and deepening customer relationships through empathetic, efficient, and responsive service that reflects our brand and culture
• Proactively identifying the need for and offering additional insurance products and services offered by careerzynith and/or careerzynith business partners to help us build and retain a profitable, multi-line portfolio
• Taking reactive and proactive chats to gather information and close sales on personal lines insurance
• Achieving daily sales and productivity standards
• Thriving in an environment of change and committing to professional development
• Efficiently using resources to accurately issue policies in compliance with underwriting and state mandated requirements, as measured by survival and quality results
• Assisting new customers with navigating careerzynith.com to complete the sales process and ensure a successful on-boarding experience with our organization (i.e., same day acceptance of terms and conditions)

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive and responsive communication

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell careerzynith products and services to customers
• Meet or exceed daily sales and productivity standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and chat platforms

Compensation and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Hourly rate: $18.03 - 29.39 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
