Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a chat support role.
  • Skills:
