Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assisting clients with claims processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted efficiently
  • Supporting the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals
  • Managing and maintaining accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients
  • Providing guidance to clients on policy changes, coverage options, and endorsements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures
  • Experience in claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in commercial insurance or a related field
