Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their experience with us is consistently excellent. You'll work closely with our customers, drivers, and dry cleaning partners to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, working closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners
• Handling 50+ calls per day, with a focus on delivering personalized and effective solutions
• Liaising with dry cleaners and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Thinking on your feet and using your own initiative to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate at careerzynith, you'll need:

• 2+ years of previous customer care experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, supportive team player with a passion for customer service
• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Honesty and professionalism in everything you do
• Comfortable working weekends when required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
