Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies that drive growth and retention. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing customer success metrics and account strategies
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities
  • Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
  • Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A proven ability to work as a productive team member
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency with computers and Zoom (or similar platforms)
  • The ability to form and grow solid relationships with your client accounts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
  • A strong understanding of customer success strategies and account management principles
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • A proven track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding targets
