About the Role

As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, helping them achieve their travel package goals. Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized support to clients, responding to requests and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage client profiles, bookings, and travel arrangements, including flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge-related details
  • Prepare client documents and travel tips, ensuring seamless travel experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve client issues
  • Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
  • Continuously grow and develop your skills, implementing tools and strategies to enhance our remote workplace culture

Requirements

  • Driven self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
