Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries. You will work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain complete customer/patient confidentiality for all health, personal, and other customer information
- Provide professional, respectful, and empathetic customer service
- Effectively respond to all customer inquiries received by various digital methods
- Supports all client group(s) based on business needs

Requirements
* 1-year related customer service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Good digital skills, including computer, phone systems, chat, automation, and AI
