Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with billing and technical support. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Support billing calls by processing payments, educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and impact of non-pay status
- Proactively review customer accounts and educate customers on additional service options
- Support all careerzynith video, phone, and internet products with basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Escalate any customer issues that may be indicative of larger network issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Will Need
* At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills and telephone etiquette
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment
