Join Our Dynamic Team
We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of driving business success through data-driven insights. As a Customer Data Analyst, you'll work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, Project Management, and Custom Development, to identify and track business case metrics. Your role will be critical in helping us identify and develop key performance indicators, metrics, and data visualizations needed to drive success with our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, reviewing, and analyzing customer interaction records and logs to create meaningful success metrics and key performance indicators
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and track business case metrics
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives, including regular call reviews, data coordination, analysis, and client presentations
- Developing and interpreting weekly performance scorecards and contributing to quarterly business reviews, focusing on proactive activities and trend analysis
- Identifying potential areas for application performance enhancement
- Strategizing to improve self-service rates and ID & Authentication rates
- Being a major voice and proponent of a "Data First" mentality
- Utilizing various reports to pinpoint areas needing attention or analysis, validate successful performance, or provide immediate notification of issues
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to analytics processes and decision-making
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Strong background in data analysis, with proven experience in reviewing data and formulating recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and reporting-analytics tools like Looker and MS BI
- Extreme curiosity and creativity drive
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with data storytelling and presentation
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Scrum framework
- Certification in data analysis or related field
