As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of careerzynith, providing clear, prompt, and empathetic support to our customers. You will be the go-to person for resolving basic to complex inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to our customers
  • Showcasing passion and connection with our product and services
  • Assisting customers to resolve basic to complex inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Building a network of support and trust with our awesome customer support team
  • Working with customers to understand how they use careerzynith services, and providing valuable feedback to Product and Development teams
  • Acting as an advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement in our product or processes
  • Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer

Ideal Experience & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proven success in a fast-paced support environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, articulate, and kind customer support in technical instructions via phone support, email, and live chat
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time and utilize personal judgment to take initiative
  • Driven to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems
  • Displays a passion for what you do while upholding personal and corporate integrity
  • Excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed
  • 3+ years of customer support experience
  • Email, phone, and/or live chat experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, preferably with software
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (a third language is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira experience is a plus

Work Conditions

As a remote Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Work from home in Bogota, Colombia
  • Complete 3-4 weeks of training
  • Be available full-time for the first 2 months, with no vacations approved during this period
  • Work a fixed shift based in Central Standard Time
