What You'll Do
As a Customer Service and Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast and easy resolutions to their inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll receive technical support calls covering a wide range of topics, from routine matters like password resets to general product questions and complex support inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of customer contacts in a professional manner
- Creating work order tickets while responding to client requests via phone, chat, emails, and ticketing portal
- Providing exceptional customer service in every interaction
- Being skilled in multi-tasking while effectively navigating across multiple technology platforms and systems
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Understanding and working with a sense of urgency
- Having a willingness to help and solve issues

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for analytical individuals with an outgoing customer service attitude who are intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. While prior customer service experience is preferred, we're open to considering candidates with transferable skills, training, military experience, and/or education.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in a high-volume support environment
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Strong computer knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and Google applications or comparable technology is preferred
- Understanding of ticketing systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Critical thinking and logical prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive and remain positive in a constantly changing environment

The position will be located in our call center at the Project CoWork Building, 11103 West Ave, San Antonio 78213. After 90 days of employment and meeting certain criteria, you'll have the opportunity to work from home.
