As a seasonal Customer Service Associate, you will be an integral part of our customer service department, working closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate. This is a remote work opportunity that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other digital channels. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer escalated emails and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work queues related to orders not shipping, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Process TrustArc Requests and Order Updates
- Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily
- Utilize the telephone in customer contact, ensuring that all calls are handled in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a call center or business environment preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and energy level, even in stressful situations
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Seasonal positions start in October and run through December, with the possibility of overtime
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of popcorn and snack industry
- Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays, as required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
