Job Summary

As a Customer Service Professional at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers.   • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications (e.g., CRM, email, chat platforms)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
