Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences, and building customer loyalty.
  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
  • Working daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and others.
  • Navigating complex situations with composure and adaptability, resolving customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, assisting with new processes and technologies, and supporting team success.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage.
  • Airport Requirements: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Attendance and Appearance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
