The Role

As a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling in to book repair appointments with their local repair companies. You'll be responsible for providing spectacular first impressions, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to confirm appointments, and following up on previous job history. You'll also communicate with clients, internal team members, and use various software to manage customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience: You've got a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and handling high-volume calls.
  • Desktop computer with full video/sound functionality: You've got a reliable computer with all the necessary equipment to stay connected and productive.
  • Quiet and dedicated workspace: You've got a dedicated office space that's free from distractions and interruptions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: You're able to clearly communicate with diverse audiences via phone, email, and text.
  • Ability to work from home and in our Fort Worth office: You're comfortable working from home and able to travel to our office as needed for meetings, training, and coaching.
  • Reliable attendance and a predictable schedule: You're committed to maintaining a consistent and reliable schedule, even on weekends.

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • Desktop or laptop with webcam and speakers: You've got a reliable computer with all the necessary equipment to stay connected and productive.
  • Windows or Mac operating system: You're comfortable using either Windows or Mac, and have the necessary software and hardware to perform your job duties.
  • 8gb RAM or more: You've got a powerful computer that can handle multiple tasks and software applications.
  • Direct connection to router: You've got a reliable internet connection that's easily accessible from your workspace.

Working Conditions

This is a coverage position that requires you to work a fixed and dependable shift Monday-Saturday. You'll need to be able to sit/stand at a computer for extended periods of time, and interact with a diverse population by phone or computer. You may also be required to travel between team locations/offices for meetings, training, company retreats, or other off-site events.
