Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options, and making informed decisions about their benefit needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options and answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies

Entry-Level Qualifications

  • No prior experience in insurance or customer service required
  • High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
