Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding transfer agency services, account transfers, shareholder transactions, and account maintenance.
  • Delivering first-class inbound client service in every single contact, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Analyzing data, identifying solutions to client inquiries and issues, and providing exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Documenting all client interactions, inquiries, and recommendations accurately and maintaining comprehensive records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participating in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to wealth management, financial planning, and client service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning specialists, to address client needs, resolve issues, and coordinate service delivery.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services or call center operations.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Familiarity with banking products, payment systems, and financial transactions (checking, debit cards, ACH, bill payments).
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple types of inquiries.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high accuracy levels.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines.
