Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities that will keep your days engaging and challenging. Some of your key tasks will include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change as needed
• Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting careerzynith products and services
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
• Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication skills

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need to be able to perform the following physical tasks:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently around the store
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with the ability to lift and carry heavier items as needed
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with the ability to work at heights safely and effectively
