Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I at careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions to accelerate billing processes. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
• Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
• Ensuring accurate PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back where necessary
• Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
• Developing creative solutions to customer issues and providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processes
• Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales
• Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing processes, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
• Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years' relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience as an account representative

• Familiarity with Oracle
