Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls, efficiently researching inquiries and delivering resolutions.
- Process a variety of billing and service requests such as account number updates, payment modifications, premium documentation, refunds, and policy inquiries.
- Manage manual premium payments through checks or direct account withdrawals.
- Address information requests and oversee public website inquiries.
- Conduct insurance verifications and follow up on outstanding items or funds.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.
Required Skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (mandatory).
- Preferred: At least 1 year of accounting experience.
- Experience in insurance or call center environments is advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
