Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with clients and agents, processing payments, and managing service requests with precision. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, efficiently researching inquiries and delivering resolutions.

  • Process a variety of billing and service requests such as account number updates, payment modifications, premium documentation, refunds, and policy inquiries.
  • Manage manual premium payments through checks or direct account withdrawals.
  • Address information requests and oversee public website inquiries.
  • Conduct insurance verifications and follow up on outstanding items or funds.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

Required Skills

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (mandatory).

  • Preferred: At least 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Experience in insurance or call center environments is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage a demanding workload.
  • Willingness to work overtime on occasion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

* An Associate's degree in business or a related field.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits
