Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to merchants and customers, resolving issues, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives. This is a full-time position, with a flexible work schedule, and the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
- Show imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
- Be an understudy of the business: seek ways to develop and learn about the business
- Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
- Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality
- Answer and address escalations from customers and merchants
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Appreciates diagnosing issues and creating innovative ways to tackle difficulties
- Is client-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical ability
- Thrives in a climate where they are continually mastering new skills and can apply them to their daily work
- Is proficient in using Google Sheets or able to perform data analysis
- Functions well in both solo and team-based environments
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or ability to perform data analysis
