Job Summary
As an Online Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via live chat on our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Interact daily with visitors on our clients' websites via live chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time
- Handle multiple incoming requests for information, staying calm under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude
- Answer customer inquiries regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Continuously demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to learn and grow
What You'll Need
* A laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements
