Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls and responding to basic inquiries using established methods and procedures
  • Recording call details and results on customer account history records
  • Processing customer requests, including sending faxes, returning telephone messages, and sending mail documents
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and information

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Zero to two years of customer service or related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with help desk software
  • Basic Spanish language skills
  • Experience working in a call center environment
