Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

  • Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers, handling escalated issues from tire service centers
  • Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in the area
  • Input relevant call information into our PC system, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
  • Transfer calls to other departments or call centers as required
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable computer, internet connection, and necessary equipment (see below)
  • History of great attendance and punctuality
  • Highly organized and able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficient typing skills and PC familiarity
  • Ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Articulate and professional communication style

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, preferably with a similar industry or product

  • History of working from home or in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Reliable computer with: + i5 Core Processor or 4000 Benchmark Score (review benchmark score at https://www.cpubenchmark.net/) + At least 12GB RAM + Two monitors

  • Constant Ethernet connection
