Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work independently, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Communicate with customers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
• Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
• Adapt to changes and modifications in procedures and policies
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changes and modifications in procedures and policies
• Proficiency in using a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace
• Availability to work a 40-hour shift, including day shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or related field

• Experience working with medical professionals and patients
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
