Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
