Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers via various channels, including email, live chat, video, phone, and social media. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing training to new hires. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  • Escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with, collaborating with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions.
  • Liaise with colleagues or managers to identify common problems and suggest improvements, escalating them to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, respecting client confidentiality and adhering to careerzynith's policies and procedures.
  • Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services.
  • Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Attend workshops and meetings as required, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide training to new customer service agents, sharing your expertise and experience to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients, fostering a culture of trust and loyalty.

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.

  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as salesforce sales cloud, may be required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous, depending on the requirements of the role.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients, with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required, to meet the needs of our clients and customers.
