About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services
