Key Responsibilities

As an careerzynith Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from careerzynith customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Providing accurate information and guidance on careerzynith products, services, and accounts.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and helping customers find the right solutions.
  • Assisting customers with billing, order status, repairs, and account management.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic tone during all customer interactions.
  • Logging and tracking customer cases in careerzynith's system for follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborating with team members and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Work Schedule & Environment
