Job Summary

As a remote customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing product information, and troubleshooting basic product issues. You'll work independently, managing your time effectively and achieving performance goals, including customer satisfaction and response times. Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, or email - Provide product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Document customer interactions accurately and clearly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies - Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving performance goals and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

- Must be 18 years or older - High school diploma or GED preferred - Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace - Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Essential Qualifications

- 0-2 years of customer service experience (previous experience is not required, but a plus) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Knowledge of careerzynith products and services (training provided) - Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
