The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism
- Assisting with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
- Providing information and support for payroll-related inquiries
- Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns
- Documenting information and outcomes as necessary
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Quality-focused mindset with a desire to achieve first-call resolution
Your Home Office Environment
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure your success, we require:
- A computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space
- High-speed, hardwired internet
- Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset
- Webcam for certification experience
Flexible Scheduling
