Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside
- Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including offering packing and moving supplies
- Keeping surfaces and high-touch areas clean; including sweeping, mopping, debris removal, and wiping windows
- Conducting daily storage unit inspections; confirming inventory availability and ensuring spaces are ready to rent
- Managing, auditing, balancing cash drawer; preparing and making daily deposits
- Helping keep customers current with payment and making collection calls when required
Qualifications
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
