Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to delivering results. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, provide product information, and offer personalized solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge preferred.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial services or related industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and internal teams.
