Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

• Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions, and business travel for families, couples, singles, and businesses
• Determining customers' needs and preferences, including schedules, costs, and payment plans
• Planning and arranging event packages, including booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons
• Building strong relationships with clients to turn one-time sales into repeat business
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years or older

• USA and Mexico residents preferred
• Computer or smartphone required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
