The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns about our benefits programs. You'll also have the opportunity to sell additional benefits to customers who are interested in upgrading their coverage.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns about benefits programs
- Educate customers about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
- Sell additional benefits to customers who are interested in upgrading their coverage
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve customer service and sales efforts
Requirements for Consideration
* Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and customers
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
