Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions

Schedule and Flexibility

Earnings and Revenue

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your earnings will be determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives may be available based on client and performance metrics. Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with careerzynith. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
