Job Summary:

careerzynith is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our remote team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and performing various daily duties. Job Role:

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
• Maintaining our customer database, including accurate documentation of customer information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns

Schedule:

Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following commitments:

• Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), excluding Wednesdays

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year of experience
• The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter customer information into our customer database (Service Titan)
