Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service

  • Work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet our clients' needs
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Build customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions to meet our clients' needs

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
