When a little extra help is needed, our team of online tutors are available to work one-on-one with students to ensure they're growing in confidence.
What to Expect in this Role
As a Customer Service & Tutor at careerzynith, you'll have the chance to make a real difference by supporting families through their careerzynith journey with proactive contact and guidance. You'll work with families to ensure they're getting the best possible results from our program, maintaining regular contact, checking in on progress, and adjusting programs where necessary. You'll also provide feedback, rewards, and lots of encouragement to our students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from students seeking extra assistance with careerzynith content
- Monitor and adjust weekly lesson plans to align with our families' goals
- Provide feedback, rewards, and encouragement to students and their families
- Maintain regular contact with families, checking in on progress and adjusting programs where necessary
- Work with families to ensure they're getting the best possible results from our program
- Provide step-by-step solutions in the careerzynith program to support students' learning
Extensive Training and Development
At careerzynith, we're committed to setting our team members up for success. In your first few weeks, you'll complete a comprehensive training program led by our in-house training team. Once you're up and running, we'll continue to support you with frequent coaching and mentoring from our dedicated coaches and Team Leaders.
About You
This role is suited to a person with a passion for education and helping others. You'll have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- The confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress
- Confidence dealing with escalations in a professional manner
- Strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms
- Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of Math, ideally to grade 12
Tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded but is not required. As part of your role involves giving guidance to students.
Work Environment and Company Culture
careerzynith offers a supportive work-from-home environment, with full-time positions available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. Part-time hours are also available. We're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work culture that values our team members' well-being and growth.
