Key Responsibilities
As a remote Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to and understanding customer needs
- Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments
- Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An active license to sell Property and Casualty insurance
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for helping others
- A patient and empathetic nature
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Fluency in English (Bilingual Spanish/English a plus)
