The Role

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email
• Ensuring that customers have the most complete and up-to-date information about the status of their orders
• Partnering with other departments within and outside of Customer Solutions to support both the customer and the company
• Using best practices when analyzing customer situations, investigating problems, and providing strategic solutions within our business model
• Fostering a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence both within and outside the company
• Being flexible and adaptable to change as we continue to grow as a company
• Taking initiative and using strategic thinking to ensure that careerzynith is the leader in the online food service industry

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A college education (preferred but not required)
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conversational fluency in English
• Proficient typing abilities and proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation
• A quiet and distraction-free work area, with access to a home router and modem
• Consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds, with a cable or fiber internet connection (preferably)
• A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.), with a PO Box not supported
• The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
• Legal residency in one of the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY

Physical Demands

As a remote employee, you'll be working from home, and the physical demands of this role are minimal. However, you'll need to be able to:

• Work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
• Use your hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations while using a personal computer
