Job Summary

As a Customer Support Agent with English and Chinese, you'll be the first point of contact for our Live Players, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our team to gather relevant data, offer personalized solutions, and continuously improve our support processes. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to Live Players via phone, email, and chat, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Gather relevant data to resolve player issues, using multiple tools and knowledge bases to diagnose and solve problems.
  • Offer personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each player, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our support processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance player satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our support services and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.

Requirements

* Language Skills: High level of fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in customer service, player support, or contact center, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, using multiple tools or knowledge bases.
  • Innovative Thinking: Innovative and passionate about delivering the best user experiences possible, with a willingness to think outside the box and explore new solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
