Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Clerks, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with internal departments to meet customer needs, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in resolving issues and providing knowledgeable answers to product, pricing, and availability questions. Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide knowledgeable answers to product, pricing, and availability questions

  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure seamless resolution
  • Data entry in various platforms to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience (not required but preferred)

  • Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results
  • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
  • Data entry and strong business abilities
  • Effective listening and analytical abilities, with the capacity to summarize details and resolve issues
  • Experience with personal computer and at least a standard functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and administrative abilities, with a keen focus to detail
