Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued passengers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and procedures to provide expert knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business administration, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
