Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while also handling account receivables and collections from delinquent clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information. Assist customers in troubleshooting product or service-related issues, guiding them through the resolution process. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Account Receivables and Collections: Monitor and manage accounts receivables, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, providing friendly reminders and facilitating the collection process. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all customer support and account-related inquiries. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing personalized assistance and tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is a plus.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications.

  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Accounting Certification: Certification in accounting, such as a CPA or CMA.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English.
