Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Support agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions within the system
  • Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and concise information about our products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the system
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field (1-2 years)
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously and manage time effectively
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications
