About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, providing accurate information about various products and services, and finding solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and other services
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues to ensure their journey runs smoothly

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
