Job Description
As an Experienced Data Analyst at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Applying Advanced Analytical Techniques Use data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI to drive business decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Analyzing Client Behavior Examine client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
- Predicting Content Performance Use data to predict content performance and inform procurement decisions.
- Streamlining Content Launch and Episode Release Optimize our content launch and episode release process to improve engagement and retention.
- Testing Marketing Strategies Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Ideating and Developing New Metrics and KPIs Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions.
- Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis Provide impromptu analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Communicating Insights Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field A strong foundation in mathematics and statistics is essential for this role.
- At Least 2 Years of Experience in Data Analysis Proven experience in data analysis, including experience with SQL, R, and Python.
- Experience with Statistical Analysis and AI Methods Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, and clustering.
- Strong Communication Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to Work Independently Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.

- Master's Degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field A graduate degree in a related field can be beneficial for this role.
