Job Summary

As a Data Entry and Administrative Support Professional at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) is an asset

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
