Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into our system database
- Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving issues using standard procedures
- Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into our system database
- Reviewing data entered against original source documents for accuracy and correcting errors or duplications
- Following data program security practices and procedures at all times
- Securing information by completing daily database backups
- Performing other clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
- Maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information in accordance with HIPPA regulations
Key Skills and Competencies:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience in a medical office preferred but not required
- MUST be tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
